![]() PEAR TEA CAKE ![]() 2 medium pears 60 gm butter ½ cup castor sugar 1 tspn vanilla essence 1 egg 1¼ cups self-raising flour ½ tspn cinnamon ¼ cup milk 2 tblspn brown sugar ![]() 1. Grease 20cm round cake pan, line base with paper 2. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla essence, then add egg and beat 3. Stir in flour, cinnamon and milk (in 2 batches) 4.
